Laura Barfi
Registered Osteopath
Master of Osteopathy (M.Ost)
Laura is a graduate from the British School of Osteopathy. She
is registered with the The
General Osteopathic Council (GOsC) and a member
of the British Osteopathic
Association.
Laura is a keen athlete and discovered the benefits of Osteopathy
after successful treatment of a long-standing netball injury. Her
rehabilitation inspired her to become an Osteopath and to develop
an interest in treating sports injuries.
As well as sports injuries Laura is experienced in treating a
wide variety of conditions. She also enjoys tackling the complexities
and challenges presented by chronic conditions.
Laura places particular emphasis on the ability of the human body
to self-repair. She aims to remove obstructions that limit the
body’s capacity to heal whilst supporting and maintaining
the individual's return to health.
Laura uses a structural approach incorporating an extensive range
of techniques adapted especially to each patient’s unique
needs. She advocates a holistic approach to health, integrating
lifestyle and exercise advice into her osteopathic treatments.
